Grilled Fish with Olives and Mediterranean Herbs
Grilled mackerel or tuna fillets topped with olives, lemon, and fresh herbs. A light and flavorful Mediterranean dish, perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Mackerel or tuna fillets
- 100 g Olives
- 1 piece Fresh lemon
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 5 g Fresh thyme
- 3 g Oregano
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C or prepare the grill.
Step 2
Place the fish fillets on a baking sheet or dish. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
Step 3
Mince the garlic and crush it. Mix with the remaining olive oil, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Spread this herb mixture over the fish and add the olives.
Step 5
Bake or grill for 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.
Step 6
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked fish and serve immediately.
