Fish in Bread and Gruyère Crust
White fish coated in a crispy bread and cheese crust. An elegant yet simple dish perfect for appetizers or dinner.

Ingredients
- 400 g White fish (cod)
- 100 g Bread
- 60 g Gruyère
- 100 g Carrot
- 150 g Broccoli
- 30 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Toast the bread in a pan with a little butter, then blend with grated Gruyère.
Step 2
Place the fish on parchment paper and lightly brush with mustard.
Step 3
Generously coat the fish with the bread-Gruyère mixture, pressing lightly. Add a few small pieces of butter on top.
Step 4
Bake for 12-14 minutes until the crust is golden and the fish is cooked through.
Step 5
Meanwhile, sauté the vegetables in a pan with the remaining oil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Serve the fish with the vegetables on the side.
