Asian-Style Fish and Shrimp with Stir-Fried Vegetables
A simple and flavorful Asian dish with stir-fried fish and shrimp with carrot in a light sauce. Serve over white rice or noodles.

Ingredients
- 300 g White fish fillet
- 150 g Shrimp
- 1 piece Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 clove Garlic
- 0.5 piece Lemon
- 100 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fish into cubes. Finely slice the carrot into matchsticks. Mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add the carrot and cook for 2 minutes, stirring well.
Step 4
Add the fish and shrimp, cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 5
Pour in the soy sauce and water. Simmer for 2 minutes. Squeeze the lemon just before serving.
