Crispy Roasted Chickpeas and Cumin Broccoli

Ingredients
- 400 g Canned chickpeas
- 250 g Broccoli
- 1 piece Red onion
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Drain and dry the chickpeas with paper towels. Cut the broccoli into florets and the onion into quarters.
Step 2
Toss the chickpeas with the oil, cumin, and smoked paprika. Spread on a baking sheet with the broccoli and onion.
Step 3
Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chickpeas are crispy and golden.
