Potato and Broccoli Oat Patties
Crispy patties made with potatoes, broccoli, and oat flakes, pan-fried until golden. A simple and hearty vegetarian dish.

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 250 g Broccoli
- 80 g Oat flakes
- 40 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the whole potatoes for 15 minutes in boiling salted water.
Step 2
Steam the broccoli for 8 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Mash the cooked potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Mix the mash with the broccoli florets and oat flakes.
Step 5
Form patties and pan-fry with oil for 8 minutes per side until golden.
