Stir-Fried Lentils & Vegetables
A quick and nutritious Asian-style stir-fry. Cooked lentils, carrots and spinach sautéed in a pan.

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked green lentils
- 2 piece Carrots
- 100 g Fresh spinach
- 1 stalk Celery
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 50 ml Water
- à to taste Salt
- à to taste Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely mince the carrots and celery.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan over high heat.
Step 3
Add the carrots and celery, cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Add the cooked lentils and water, stir well.
Step 5
Add the fresh spinach and cook until it wilts.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
