Mexican-Style Tempeh Stir-Fry with Peppers and Chili
Crumbled tempeh sautéed with colorful bell peppers, onions and chipotle chili. A spicy, protein-packed stir-fry with tex-mex flavors.

Ingredients
- 250 g Tempeh
- 1 piece Green bell pepper
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 piece Red onion
- 1 tsp Chipotle chili powder
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Crumble the tempeh by hand into large pieces. Cut the peppers into strips and the onion into half-rings.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sauté the crumbled tempeh for 5 minutes until well browned.
Step 3
Add the peppers and onion. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Sprinkle with chipotle chili and cumin, mix for 2 minutes to coat. Season with salt and serve.
