- 250 g Cooked green lentils
- 3 pieces Carrots
- 2 pieces Apples
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the carrots into thin matchsticks.

Peel, core, and cut the apples into cubes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the carrots for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the lentils and apples, cook for 8 minutes while stirring regularly.
