Teriyaki Tofu Stir-Fry with Green Beans and Mushrooms
Crispy tofu caramelized in a homemade teriyaki sauce, served with crunchy green beans and shiitake mushrooms. A quick Japanese-inspired dish packed with protein.

Ingredients
- 300 g firm tofu
- 200 g green beans
- 150 g shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
Instructions
Step 1
Drain the tofu, press it, and cut it into cubes. Trim the green beans and slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the tofu cubes for 5 minutes, turning them until golden.
Step 3
Add the green beans and mushrooms. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Pour in the soy sauce, add the grated ginger, toss for 2 minutes, and serve.
