Pan-Seared Smoked Tofu with Leeks and Mustard Sauce
Golden smoked tofu pan-fried with tender leeks and mushrooms, finished with a creamy mustard sauce. A rustic French dish that's hearty and protein-packed.

Ingredients
- 250 g Smoked tofu
- 2 piece Leeks
- 150 g Button mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp Soy cream
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the smoked tofu into matchsticks, slice the leeks into rings, and thinly slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Brown the smoked tofu over high heat for 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, cook the leeks over medium heat for 6 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Mix the mustard and soy cream, pour into the skillet with the tofu. Heat through for 2 minutes and serve.
