Spiced Tofu Stir-Fry with Broccoli and Cashews
Firm tofu marinated in chili and soy sauce, stir-fried with crisp broccoli and crunchy cashew nuts. A flavorful and protein-rich Thai-inspired dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g firm tofu
- 250 g broccoli
- 1 piece green bell pepper
- 30 g cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 piece fresh red chili
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
Step 1
Drain the tofu, press it, and cut into cubes. Cut the broccoli into small florets and dice the bell pepper.
Step 2
Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the tofu cubes for 5 minutes, stirring frequently until evenly browned.
Step 3
Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and sliced chili. Cook for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Pour in the soy sauce, add the cashew nuts, stir for 2 minutes, and serve.
