Crispy Tofu Stir-Fry with Broccoli and Sesame
Firm tofu fried until crispy, served with tender broccoli and a soy-sesame sauce. A healthy and delicious Asian classic.

Ingredients
- 300 g firm tofu
- 250 g broccoli
- 1 piece yellow bell pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 clove garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Drain the tofu, press it between paper towels, then cut into cubes. Cut the broccoli into florets and dice the bell pepper.
Step 2
Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over high heat. Sear the tofu cubes for 6-7 minutes, turning regularly, until golden on all sides.
Step 3
Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Step 4
Pour in the soy sauce, toss, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
