Pan-Seared Tuna with Broccoli and Sesame
Tuna steaks seared and served with crispy broccoli and edamame in a sesame-soy glaze, Japanese-inspired and ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 piece tuna steak
- 250 g broccoli
- 100 g shelled edamame
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
Instructions
Step 1
Cut broccoli into small florets. Grate the ginger.
Step 2
Heat sesame oil in a pan over high heat. Sear tuna steaks 2 minutes per side for a rosy center, then set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, stir-fry broccoli and edamame with ginger over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add soy sauce, return sliced tuna, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
