Thai-Style Chicken Stir-Fry with Holy Basil, Green Beans, and Peppers

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breasts
- 150 g Green beans
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce (nuoc-mâm)
- 10 leaf Fresh Thai basil
- 1 tbsp Neutral oil
- 1 piece Fresh red chili
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chicken into thin strips. Cut the green beans into 4 cm pieces and the bell pepper into strips. Mince the chili.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. Sear the chicken for 4 minutes until browned.
Step 3
Add the green beans, bell pepper, and chili. Cook for 5 minutes, drizzle with fish sauce, then scatter with Thai basil before serving.
