Korean-Style Pan-Seared Chicken with Gochujang, Cabbage and Scallions
Caramelized chicken in a sweet and spicy gochujang sauce, stir-fried with crispy cabbage and scallions. Korean intensity in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g boneless chicken thighs
- 200 g green cabbage
- 4 pieces scallions
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into 2 cm cubes. Thinly slice the cabbage and cut the scallions into 3 cm pieces.
Step 2
Mix the gochujang, soy sauce and sesame oil. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the chicken for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cabbage and sauce. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring, then sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds.
