Chicken Pan with Carrots and Apples
A French sweet and savory combination: sautéed chicken with carrots, apples, and a touch of butter. Light yet flavorful.

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 300 g Carrot
- 2 piece Apple
- 20 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes and the carrots into batons. Peel and dice the apples.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and sear the chicken for 5 minutes over high heat until golden.
Step 3
Add the carrots and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add the apples, butter, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 7 minutes until everything is tender.
