Pan-Seared Chicken with Carrots and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken
- 200 g Carrot
- 200 g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the chicken and cut the carrots into batons. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Brown the chicken until golden, about 7 minutes.
Step 4
Add the carrots and broccoli, cook for 6 to 8 minutes until tender.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
