Chicken Sauté with Paprika, Peppers and Zucchini
A colorful and smoky Spanish-style sauté where golden paprika chicken mingles with tender peppers and crispy zucchini. Ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breasts
- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 1 piece zucchini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into strips, the peppers into slices and the zucchini into half-rounds. Mince the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the chicken with the smoked paprika for 5 minutes, stirring.
Step 3
Add the peppers, zucchini and garlic. Continue cooking for 7 minutes, stirring regularly until the vegetables are tender.
