Turmeric Chicken with Spinach and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 300 g boneless chicken thighs
- 150 g spinach leaves
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 clove garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces. Mince the garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Step 2
Melt the coconut oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear the chicken with turmeric and garlic for 6 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 4 minutes, then stir in the spinach and let it wilt for 3 minutes.
