Italian-Style Pan-Seared Chicken with Mushrooms and Spinach

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breasts
- 200 g button mushrooms
- 100 g spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chicken into thin cutlets. Mince the mushrooms and garlic. Strip the rosemary leaves.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat. Sear the chicken with garlic and rosemary for 5 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, then add the spinach and wilt for 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
