Pan-Fried Potatoes and Lentils with Herbs
A savory pan-fried dish with potatoes, cooked lentils, and aromatic herbs. Easy to prepare and very satisfying for dinner.

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 400 g Canned cooked lentils
- 1 piece Carrots
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Fresh thyme or herbes de Provence
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small dice and the carrot into small cubes.
Step 2
Mince the garlic finely.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the potatoes and carrots for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add the garlic, cooked lentils, and herbs. Mix well.
Step 5
Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot on plates.
