- 500 g potatoes
- 150 g carrot
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 5 g fresh parsley

Peel and cut the potatoes and carrot into small dice.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
