Pan-Fried Potatoes and Carrots with Butter

- 600 g Potatoes
- 400 g Carrots
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into small dice.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the pan over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the vegetables to the pan and cook for 18-20 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
