Pan-fried potatoes and carrots
A simple and delicious dish of potatoes and carrots sautéed in a pan until golden brown. Perfect as a side dish or main course.

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 250 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes about 1 cm.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry regularly.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper at the end of cooking when the vegetables are tender and golden.
