Pan-Fried Potatoes and Carrots with Garlic

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 400 g Carrots
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into small dice.
Step 2
Finely mince the garlic.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the skillet, add the garlic, then the vegetables.
Step 4
Cook over medium heat for 18-20 minutes, stirring regularly. Season with salt and pepper.
