Italian-Style Potato and Broccoli Pan
A simple and flavorful dish of sautéed potatoes and fresh broccoli, seasoned with oil and garlic for an Italian touch.

Ingredients
- 500 g Potato
- 300 g Broccoli
- 3 cl Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut potatoes into small cubes. Cut broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Drain potatoes. Heat olive oil in a skillet with crushed garlic.
Step 4
Add cooked potatoes and raw broccoli florets. Sauté for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
