Sautéed Potatoes and Broccoli with Garlic
A simple and flavorful stir-fry combining crispy potatoes and tender broccoli, enhanced with garlic and olive oil.

Ingredients
- 500 g Potato
- 300 g Broccoli
- 3 clove Garlic
- 30 ml Oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into small dice

Cut the broccoli into small florets
Step 3
Heat the oil in the skillet and brown the potatoes for 12 minutes over medium heat
Step 4
Add the broccoli and minced garlic, continue cooking for 8 minutes
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, mix well
