Pan-Fried Potatoes and Broccoli with Garlic

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 300 g Broccoli
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Dice the potatoes into small pieces and cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes until partially cooked.
Step 3
Drain the potatoes.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a skillet and add the partially cooked potatoes.
Step 5
Add the broccoli and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until everything is golden.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
