Sautéed Potatoes, Broccoli, and Carrot
A classic and flavorful vegetable medley with sautéed vegetables, simple and satisfying.

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into dice and cook for 12 minutes in a pot of salted water.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets and the carrot into sticks. Add them to the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Drain all the vegetables.
Step 4
Pour the oil into a hot skillet and sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
