- 600 g Potatoes
- 20 g Butter
- 10 ml Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into small, even cubes.

Heat the oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring regularly, until golden brown.
