Pan-Fried Lentils with Autumn Vegetables

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked lentils
- 2 piece Carrots
- 2 stalk Celery
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots and celery into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Sauté the carrots and celery for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked lentils and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
