Stir-Fried Vegetables Asian-Style
A colorful and flavorful wok dish combining lentils, potatoes, carrots, spinach, and celery in a light soy sauce. Ready in 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 150 g Green lentils
- 300 g Potatoes
- 2 piece Carrots
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 2 stalk Celery
- 2 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 200 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the green lentils for 12 minutes in boiling water, then drain.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the potatoes, carrots, and celery into thin matchsticks and mince the garlic and ginger.
Step 3
Heat the sunflower oil in a wok over high heat.
Step 4
Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds to release their aromas.
Step 5
Add the potatoes, carrots, and celery and stir-fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 6
Add the cooked lentils, fresh spinach, soy sauce, and a little water and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Step 7
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed before serving hot.
