Asian-Style Sautéed Vegetables
A simple wok with potatoes, carrots, celery and spinach sautéed in a pan. Flavorful, quick and inspired by Asian cuisine.

Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 200 g Carrots
- 100 g Celery
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small cubes, and the carrots and celery into sticks.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
Step 3
Add the potatoes and carrots. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Add the celery and continue cooking for 4 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the spinach, season with salt and pepper. Mix for 2 minutes until the spinach wilts.
