Pan-Fried Vegetables with Broccoli and Carrots

Ingredients
- 250 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrots
- 200 g Potatoes
- 80 g Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small dice, the carrots into sticks, and the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes and carrots, cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 3
Add the broccoli and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Sprinkle with grated Gruyère, let it melt for 1 minute, and serve hot.
