Pan-Fried Halloumi with Zucchini and Peppers
Golden pan-fried halloumi cubes with colorful zucchini and peppers, infused with smoked paprika. A quick and satisfying Mediterranean dish.

Ingredients
- 200 g Halloumi
- 2 pieces Zucchini
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the halloumi into 2cm cubes, slice the zucchini into half-moons, and cut the pepper into strips.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Sear the halloumi cubes for 2 minutes on each side until golden. Set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, stir-fry the zucchini and pepper over high heat for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
Step 4
Return the halloumi to the pan, drizzle with lemon juice, toss gently, and serve.
