Pan-Seared Beef Tenderloin with Creamy Mushrooms and Spinach

Ingredients
- 400 g beef tenderloin
- 250 g button mushrooms
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 20 g butter
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the beef tenderloin into 1 cm thick slices. Slice the mushrooms and mince the garlic.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a large pan over high heat. Sear the beef for 1 minute on each side, then set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes until golden.
Step 4
Add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes until wilted.
Step 5
Return the beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and toss together for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
