Teriyaki Turkey Pan with Broccoli and Mushrooms
Diced turkey glazed in homemade teriyaki sauce, sautéed with broccoli florets and golden mushrooms. A quick and flavorful Japanese-inspired dish.

Ingredients
- 300 g Turkey breast
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Button mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Fresh grated ginger
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the turkey into 2 cm cubes. Separate the broccoli into small florets. Slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Mix the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and ginger in a bowl.
Step 3
Sear the turkey in a hot pan for 4 minutes, then add the broccoli and mushrooms.
Step 4
Pour in the teriyaki sauce, cover, and cook for 7 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
