Moroccan-Spiced Turkey with Zucchini and Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 300 g turkey breast
- 1 piece zucchini
- 80 g canned chickpeas, drained
- 100 g crushed tomatoes
- 1.5 tsp ras el hanout
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Step 1
Cut the turkey into 2 cm cubes and slice the zucchini into half-rounds.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat. Sear the turkey with ras el hanout for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the zucchini, chickpeas, and crushed tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
