Shrimp, Broccoli, and Carrot Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp
- 250 g Broccoli
- 200 g Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the carrots into matchsticks.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the carrots and broccoli and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
