Shrimp Sauté with Carrots and Broccoli
A quick and flavorful stir-fry with shrimp, carrots, and broccoli. Serve on its own or over toasted bread for a complete meal.

Ingredients
- 250 g Shrimp
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and the carrot into thin sticks.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat and add the carrot.
Step 3
After 3 minutes, add the broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the shrimp and cook for 4 minutes until they turn pink. Season with salt and pepper.
