Shrimp Stir-Fry with Broccoli and Carrot

Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp
- 1 piece Broccoli
- 1 piece Carrot
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and the carrot into thin sticks.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a wok over high heat.
Step 3
Add the carrot and cook for 3 minutes, stirring.
Step 4
Add the broccoli and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the shrimp and cook for 4 minutes until they turn pink. Season with salt and pepper.
