Shrimp Pan with Garlic and Tender Zucchini
Shrimp seared with golden garlic and tender zucchini and red peppers in a hot pan—a quick Mediterranean classic.

Ingredients
- 300 g Peeled shrimp
- 2 piece Zucchini
- 1 piece Red bell pepper
- 3 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into half-rounds and cut the pepper into strips. Mince the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over high heat. Sauté the zucchini and pepper for 5 minutes until golden.
Step 3
Add the garlic and shrimp. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring, until the shrimp turn pink.
Step 4
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
