Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Zucchini and Cherry Tomatoes
Boneless pork chops seared to golden perfection in a pan with tender zucchini and burst cherry tomatoes. A simple and flavorful Mediterranean dish.

Ingredients
- 350 g boneless pork chops
- 2 piece zucchini
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
- 2 clove garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the zucchini into half-rounds and mince the garlic. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Sear the pork chops for 4 minutes on each side, then set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, add the zucchini and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cherry tomatoes and Herbes de Provence. Cook for 2 minutes until the tomatoes burst.
Step 5
Return the pork chops to the skillet, reheat for 1 minute and serve.
