Pan-Fried Potatoes, Carrots, and Greens
A medley of sautéed vegetables: potatoes and carrots cook together, then fresh greens are added at the end for a guaranteed crunch.

Ingredients
- 250 g Potatoes
- 2 medium Carrots
- 80 g Greens
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 100 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes and carrots into small, even cubes.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Add potatoes and carrots. Sauté for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add a splash of water if needed to help with cooking.
Step 5
Toward the end of cooking, add the fresh chopped greens and toss for 1 minute.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
