Sautéed Carrots, Lentils, and Celery

Ingredients
- 150 g Green lentils
- 3 pieces Carrots
- 2 stalks Celery
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 300 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the lentils and place in a pot with the water, bring to boil.
Step 2
Cut the carrots and celery into batons.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the skillet and cook the carrots and celery for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked lentils, stir, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
