Sautéed Carrots and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 300 g Carrots
- 40 ml Olive oil
- 4 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan and add the vegetables.
Step 3
Sauté over medium-high heat, stirring regularly for 20-22 minutes.
Step 4
Season to taste and serve hot.
