Pan-Fried Carrots and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 200 g Carrots
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
Step 2
Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
Step 3
Heat the butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 5
Add the carrots and cook for another 8 minutes until tender. Season to taste.
