Sautéed Carrots and Lentils with Celery
A simple and flavorful dish where lentils and carrots blend with the delicate notes of celery. Perfect as a main dish or side.

Ingredients
- 150 g Green lentils
- 3 piece Carrots
- 2 stalk Celery
- 400 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into sticks and the celery into 1 cm pieces.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the carrots and celery for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the lentils and water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Mix, season, and serve hot.
