Sautéed Cod with Spinach and Mushrooms
Pan-seared cod fillets served over fresh spinach and golden garlic mushrooms, a simple and savory French dish.

Ingredients
- 2 piece Cod fillets
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 200 g Button mushrooms
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper

Step 1
Slice the mushrooms and mince the garlic. Wash the spinach.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Sear the cod fillets for 4 minutes per side, then set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms for 4 minutes with the garlic, then add the spinach and cook for 2 minutes until wilted.
Step 4
Place the cod on the vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
