Mexican-Style Ground Beef with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients
- 350 g Ground beef 5% fat
- 2 piece Tricolor bell peppers
- 1 piece Red onion
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Espelette pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the peppers into strips and cut the onion into half-rounds.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Sauté the onion for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the ground beef, cumin, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, breaking up the meat with a spatula.
Step 4
Add the peppers and cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until tender. Season with salt and serve.
